Internships
If you would like participate in an internship and to experience the culture whilst improving your English through an internship, Partnership Europe can help. With our extensive network of companies and contacts we can offer you all the support you need in your application for an internship in Ireland.
Professional practice internships are offered in private sector companies, governmental organizations, NGO's, schools, colleges, and universities. The work period can be from 2 weeks to 12 months in duration.
Progress is monitored through regular contact with participants and host companies. Candidates are invited to integrate into an English speaking professional enterprise and to get involved with its daily running. We are currently providing work experience placements in the following sectors: Tourism Hotel & Catering, Business Administration, Photography, Engineering, Theatre and Events Management, Graphic Design, Social Work and many others...
Follow up:
For the staff of PARTNERSHIP EUROPE it is very important to be in contact with the participants. Each participant will be allocated a tutor who will maintain contact throughout the programme. A final report and certificate of completion will be issued to each participant once the programme has finished.
What we require:
The participant's CV and motivation letter at least three weeks before the programme start date. Participants must: Be motivated, be willing to learn, flexible, pay attention to detail, Have good Inter personal and communications skills, basic computer skills, an interest in foreign culture and a willingness to integrate.
Accommodation:
All rooms are twin/shared rooms and accommodation is self catering. Bed linen and bills are included. A housing deposit of €100 will be taken as security against any damage. All accommodation is of a comfortable standard. Internet cannot always be guaranteed, however in most cases we will provide it where possible.
Host Family Accommodation and Hotel accommodation can also be arranged on request.
